Hey there. Glad you had a great trip and Happy 4th to you too! Yes, you need a boater's license. Of course we didn't find that out until a nice marine patrol officer decided to stop and let us know:) Thankfully Rob used to drive ships offshore and has a Mate's license so he just gave us a warning and told Rob to get that taken care of at the Courthouse. So, good for you for thinking of that.
