I've decided that instead of resolutions this year, I'm going to set goals for myself. Two of the most important goals I've set are to get back into shape and make healthier choices...everything in moderation. It's been way too long since I've felt really good and I'm ready to get back to that. Besides if I want to grow old with my husband, I NEED to do this...for me and for him.
